Do you take insurance?

We do not accept any insurance at this time. All payments must be made through our website at the time of scheduling.

Can you see adults?

No. We are strictly a pediatric practice

Do you accept HSA payments?

Yes we do.

Do you test for COVID-19?

Yes! We have a new nasal swab rapid test. It identifies the actual COVID-19 virus and only takes 15 minutes to get results. For more details see our Covid-19 page.

*This does not include a physical exam. If you would like your child examined by the provider please add an In-Home visit when scheduling.

How do I schedule multiple Covid tests?

When scheduling Multiple Covid tests: For one test select "Covid Test Administration". If you need 2 or more tests add "Additional Covid Test Administration" and either put in the notes the total number of tests needed or text it to us at 480-877-9899.

What can I expect during my in-home visit?

Once you have scheduled your appointment online & completed your payment one of our providers will come to your home at the scheduled time. If they will be late due to travel, you will be notified. They will need an area in the home where they can examine your child. A parent or guardian must be present and in the room at all times during the visit.

What can I expect from a virtual visit?

The provider will contact you at the appointment time via Zoom to assess your child for up to 20 mins. The provider may be able to diagnose and prescribe medications. Virtual visits will only take place during normal business hours M-F 6pm-9pm & Sat 12pm-3pm

What can I expect from a phone call?

Once a phone call has been scheduled and paid for one of our providers will call you to discuss any medical questions you may have regarding your child for up to 10 mins. Providers will not be able to diagnose or prescribe medication for a phone call. Phone calls will only be made during our regular business hours. M-F 6pm-9pm & Sat 12pm-3pm.

Can the provider treat more than one of my children during the visit?

We are happy to see as many children within the household that you would like. It will be charged as follows...

1st child visit $150

Additional $100 per child.

Any testing needed (ie: covid) will be charged per child needing the test.

How do I pay for additional things needed during a visit?

Our providers are able to take a credit card at the time of service for any additional testing that may be needed. We can accept cash if it is exact change (our providers do not carry cash therefore they cannot provide change).

If we end up going to the Emergency Room before you arrive can I get a refund?

If your child worsens before your scheduled appointment please contact us & we can help you determine if a trip to the emergency room is best. If that is the case we will only charge the $25 phone call fee & refund the rest of the price paid for the visit. 

If you think your child is doing better and no longer needs to see a provider after you have scheduled you may cancel by calling or texting us. For any appointment cancelled with less than 24hr notice, there is a $10 charge. 

Once a provider has arrived at your home there will be no refunds.

Do you give vaccines?

We recommend vaccines for children, but we do not offer vaccines at this time. You can find programs that offer free vaccines for children without insurance at
